Any Dividend Calculator models what a dividend portfolio does over time, and shows its working. Enter an initial investment, a monthly contribution, a starting yield, a dividend growth rate, price growth, your dividend tax rate and a horizon in years. It then runs a month-by-month simulation: add the contribution, pay a dividend of portfolio value times annual yield divided by twelve, subtract tax, optionally reinvest the remainder, then apply one month of price growth, with dividend and price growth applied as compounded monthly ratchets.
Results give projected value, total contributed, net dividends received, capital growth, the final annual dividend, yield on cost, and a money-weighted annualised return (IRR) that accounts for when each contribution actually went in, plus a chart of portfolio value against contributions and cumulative dividends. Any scenario exports to CSV or a shareable link.
Around the main model sits a set of focused calculators for DRIP, dividend yield, yield on cost, CAGR, the dividend snowball, the dividend discount model, REITs and a dividend calendar. Free, no signup, runs in the browser. Educational only: not financial, investment or tax advice.
