The quotation we hand you itemises manpower, material, transport, handling, and GST separately, and it holds unless your inventory changes. Nothing gets revised once your belongings are on the truck.
Our crews pack with five-ply cartons, bubble wrap, foam corner guards, and custom wooden crating for artwork and glass. Every consignment travels against a numbered inventory with transit insurance arranged before dispatch. When something does go wrong, we publish the claims process and follow it, because chasing an insurer is not our customer's job.
